U.S. Shipping

We produce in small runs in Portugal with our atelier. Once a collection is complete, it makes its way to our U.S. warehouse in Seattle, Washington, where each order is processed and shipped to you.

When Will My Order Ship?

For in-stock pieces, we do our best to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of order placement.

Because we work in small production runs, pieces from our newest collections may have different start-ship dates as they arrive from our atelier in Portugal. If an item is not yet ready to ship, its estimated start-ship date will be noted on the product page. Please check the shipping information for each piece before placing your order.

If your order contains multiple pieces with different start-ship dates, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from several shipping methods and carriers based on your destination, desired delivery speed, and available rates.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Please note that shipping estimates shown at checkout refer to transit time after your order has been processed and shipped and do not include any applicable pre-order or future start-ship period.
